Cutaneous spray containing lidocaine 9.6% w/w.

Uses
Premature ejaculation
Dosage
Adults
3 to 8 sprays (23 to 62mg lidocaine base) applied to the glans and shaft of the penis 5 to 15 minutes prior to intercourse.
The minimum effective dose should be used.
The maximum dose should not exceed 24 sprays (186mg lidocaine base) in 24 hours.
Do not use the product repeatedly for 3 months without medical supervision.
Contraindications
Children under 18 years
Patients over 65 years
Precautions and Warnings
Severe hepatic impairment
Severe renal impairment
Advise patient to avoid use if partner is pregnant
Avoid broken or inflamed skin
Avoid spray in nostrils
Avoid spray in or near eyes
Wash application site after use
Discontinue treatment if rash occurs
Maintain treatment at the lowest effective dose
Advise patient to consult a doctor if symptoms persist despite treatment
Although lidocaine cutaneous spray 9.6% is indicated for use in males, possible transfer of lidocaine to the female partner could occur during intercourse.
